The HCSF has the capacity to implement and manage a variety of community health programs, including one-time projects and multi-year programs. The HCSF has several years of experience providing program oversight, developing project timelines, budgets, scopes of work, and recommendations for strengthening program execution with the intent of improving outcomes for which the program serves.

 

The Health Council of South Florida (HCSF) offers partnership facilitation and development services. The services can be used to identify and build strong, effective partnerships. Forming and fostering partnerships among a variety of different sectors can increase the sustainability
