Despite decreases in state and local funding, the Health Council of South Florida (HCSF) is dedicated to serving Miami-Dade and Monroe counties by providing substantial benefits to the residents and health care providers in Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties.

Your generous donation will allow HCSF to continue its efforts to:

- Connect individuals, families and children to health and social services

- Catalyze community-based collaborative work to educate and engage community leaders

- Serve as the voice for the uninsured, under-served, and high risk members of our community

- Provide an open source online data platform with unbiased data regarding the health and well-being of residents

IMPORTANT: Give Miami Day only lasts 24 hours, so we need everyone's support from midnight on Thursday, November 17th to 11:59 p.m.!
