The Health Council of South Florida, Inc. (HCSF) Connect to Health Miami Program provides FREE, unbiased, one-on-one education and enrollment assistance to the Miami-Dade County community.

​

 

The goal of the Connect to Health Miami Program is to ensure all eligible Miami-Dade residents have access to and are able to connect to free and/or affordable health insurance and other social services. HCSF’s team of Certified Application Counselors are available to assist by phone, in-person and virtual conferencing. Assistance is available in English, Spanish and Creole.
